David is a well-respected sports therapist with over 10 years of experience. He has worked alongside some of the biggest clubs in Milton Keynes, including MK Dons and MK Lightning. David has also lectured at the University of Bedfordshire, worked on blockbuster film sets, and toured with globally renowned artists.

David is a former GB international judo player and is currently working towards his third-degree black belt. Alongside judo, he also competes in distance running and obstacle course racing. He understands what it takes to perform at the highest level and the importance of staying injury-free.

With expertise in a diverse range of skills and techniques, David provides safe, effective care to help his clients return to their pre-injury state and beyond. His commitment to high standards has made him a trusted name in the field of sports injuries.

Bethany (BSc Hons) recently graduated with a first-class honours degree in sports therapy from the University of Bedfordshire. She is a practising sports therapist based in Milton Keynes and is an active member of the Sports Therapy Organisation. She specialises in manual therapy (including sports massage) to rehabilitate injuries in conjunction with an exercise rehabilitation plan.

Bethany has worked in private practice andtreated a wide range of injuries. Her aim is to help clients return to a strong and functional state as quickly and efficiently as possible by using a variety of modalities.

Bethany has always been interested in sport, previously competing at a national level in swimming. She is now a recreational football player, cyclist, and runner. Her interest in sport and rehabilitation has led Bethany to pursue a master’s degree in strength and conditioning.

Elliott is a passionate sports therapist who recently graduated from the University of Bedfordshire with a first-class degree in sports rehabilitation. He is particularly enthusiastic about rehabilitation principles, sports massage, exercise rehabilitation, and electro-muscular stimulation.

Elliott is a dedicated rugby player and works part-time at Ampthill Rugby Club, where he is actively involved in player rehabilitation and injury prevention. His keen interest in physical fitness extends to his love of gym training, focusing on strength and conditioning. Elliott uses his athletic experience and clinical knowledge to develop tailored rehabilitation programmes for clients, helping them recover and return to their activities stronger than before.

His experience as both a player and a therapist allows him to provide practical insights into the challenges athletes face, enabling him to create effective treatment plans for all levels of sport and fitness.


Ella Carey – Junior Sports Therapist

Ella is a recently graduated sports therapist from Leeds Beckett University. During her studies, she gained hands-on experience through placements with rugby clubs, clinics, and the Women’s GB Flag Football Team, where she was involved in injury prevention and rehabilitation programmes. Ella is an active runner and represents Milton Keynes Athletics Club, excelling in long-distance events.

Her interest in sports therapy stems from her own experience with running and athletics, which has given her a strong understanding of the physical demands athletes face. Ella is passionate about optimising performance, injury prevention, and recovery. As a dedicated therapist, she aims to combine her practical knowledge of rehabilitation with her athletic experience to provide the best care for clients looking to improve their physical health and performance.
