David is a respected sports therapist with over 10 years of experience, with expertise spanning work with top sports teams including MK Dons and MK Lightning, lecturing at the University of Bedfordshire, and providing therapy on Hollywood film sets and for world-renowned artists.

With expertise in diverse musculoskeletal techniques, David provides effective, safe care to help clients return to their pre-injury state. His commitment to high standards has made him a trusted name in sports therapy.

Bethany Ward

Sports Therapist 

Bethany (BSc Hons) recently graduated with a first class honours degree in sports therapy from the University of Bedfordshire. She is a practicing sports therapist based in Milton Keynes and is an active member of the Sports Therapy Organisation. She specialises in manual therapy, (including sports massage) to rehabilitate an injury in adjunct with an exercise rehabilitation plan. 

Previously Bethany has worked in private practice and treated a wide range of injuries. Bethany’s aims are to help the client return to a strong and functional state as quickly and efficiently as possible by using a range of different modalities and help the client achieve their goals. 

Bethany has always been interested in sport, previously being a national level swimmer. She is now a recreational football player, cyclist and runner. Her interest in sport and rehabilitation has led Bethany to study strength and condition as a masters degree. 

Elliott O’Hara

Junior Sports Therapist 

Elliott is a passionate sports therapist, who has recently Graduated from the University of Bedforshire top of his class with a first class degree. He is enthusaitic about different rehabiliation principles, including sports massage, exercise rehabilation as well as electro muscular stimulation.

Ella Carey

Junior Sports Therapist 

Ella is a recently graduated sports therapist from Leeds Beckett. She has gained valuable hands on experience through placements with rugby clubs, clinics and womens GB flag football team. Having a background in running but a broad interest in all aspects of sport she is dedicated to help optimise performance, well being and, injury prevention. Ella is eager to bring this enthusiasm into a professional setting.
